I'm so goddamn nostalgic.

So I got a new plant.  It's a bromeliad but I have no idea what species, or even genus.  I have a feeling that it's either in Aechema or Bromelia, but I really have no clue.  It's got the green leaves with blond stripes, and it forms a nice tight rosette with a tank.  There are very short stubby spines along the edges of the leaves.  It's only a baby so I probably won't find out what it really is until it blooms in the following years.  Anyway, his name is Harold. If anyone knows a lot about them I could post a picture for identification. After doing a little reading it seems that whatever this is lies in the Bromelioideae sub-family.

I'm finally going to clear out my inbox... all 2,653 deviations and 944 messages.  I'm also clearing out my watch list.  Half of the people on there quit dA years ago and the other half I don't even know at all.  I'm going to clear out some more of my gallery, too.  There's a ton of old stuff in there.  I have hundreds of old things in storage, as I never delete anything... it's nice to have that so I can look at it but other people can't.  Anyway.  It's about time for a fresh start on deviantART.  These are the last things that are really hindering me from making a full comeback to this place.
